Refund & Returns

Our team here at Avoca HQ carefully packages and examines every order that leaves our Auckland warehouse. Of course, there is always the possibility that you may receive a damaged or incorrect product. If this is the case, please contact us within a week of receiving your package and we will investigate further.


Refunds will be issued for products that arrive damaged, or incorrectly dispatched products. Refunds will not be issued for a change in preference, unless the order has yet to be dispatched (ie. I changed my mind from blue to red, I misread the sizing...).

Note that due to high cost of labour and reshelving costs, we will not offer full refunds for clothing products that do not fit when received, unless the size dispatched was incorrect. Please make sure to double check our sizing guides before purchasing any clothing product. When in doubt, simply contact our friendly team, who would be more than happy to assist you!


Replacements will be sent out for damaged, or incorrect products.


If you wish to exchange a product (ie. clothing) for that of a different size or colour, please contact us ASAP after receiving your order, ensure that the product is not damaged or worm (other than trying it out). We will discuss with you the best option for returning to original product to us, and will send out the new product once we receive and verify the original product's condition.

Note that you may be liable to cover additional shipping charges.
